About Eileen:

Eileen has been passionate about embedding coaching in organizations and has been a technical advisor and partner to many organizations who have successfully embedded coaching & others who are still on this transformational journey. Based on the proven methodology & framework anchored on the ICF gold standard, she has on two occasions nominated her client organizations based in Africa for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) global Prism award scheme (2015 & 2018). These two organizations have been the first to participate in this award scheme. The annual ICF global prism award recognizes organizations that have successfully embedded coaching using the set gold standards.
